Public Beach Yoga Classes begin Memorial Day Weekend!

In the meantime, reach out to book your private or small group beach classes or join us in the studios for public classes!

Parking and where to find us!

Beach Haven Beach Yoga (NEW LOCATION HOLYOKE BEACH!) : We set up in between Holyoke and Iroquois. Please park on Holyoke, Iroquois or the next streets down in either direct. Please walk or bike when possible.If parking on the street do not block residential driveways as you will get ticketed or towed!

Surf City Beach Yoga : Parking is limited in Surf City! Please walk or bike when possible. Park at our studio, Firefly Gallery or on Street (please don’t block residential driveways as you will get ticketed or towed!) You’ll find us on N. 1st Street Beach - the same beach as How Ya Brewin’ coffee.

Harvey Cedars Beach Yoga : Parking is limited in Harvey Cedars! Please park in the township’s municipal lot on 80th street and walk to the beach. Please walk or bike when possible. If parking on the street do not block residential driveways as you will get ticketed or towed! You’ll find us on 80th Street Beach!

Ship Bottom Beach Yoga & Bends + Brunch (late June- August): Saturdays and Sundays only (June 27- August 30) we meet at 9am for at Daddy O beach! Park on the street or at Daddy O. Come for yoga and stay for an epic brunch!

What to Expect!

  • Please Pre-Register! Yoga teachers do not carry change so pre-registration allows for pre-payment and also allows us to email you with any weather related cancellations. Please sign up via our website above by scrolling to your class selection. CLASS PASSES or DROP IN sessions can be purchased online.

  • Please bring your own mat or towel. Beach towels work GREAT for beach yoga!

  • Beach yoga is weather dependent! For rainy or windy days please join us in the studios and don’t forget to pre-register so we can let you know if we need to cancel!

  • Bends and Brunch participants - bring your receipt (electronically or printed) to redeem your brunch.
